Information to foreign exhibitors who wish to enter at a Kennelclub show. |

In the information about shows please note the following: Carefully check the closing-date of entries, the adress to send the entry-forms and the entry fee. Fill out your entry-form very carefully. You must be aware of that exhibitor is responsible for that correct information is given in the form. ENTRYFORM (pdf-file) Entry-fee should be paid in good time and must be enterd in the bankaccont at the latest the date of entries closing. Foreign exhibitors must enclose with the entry-forms one copy each of payment, pedigree and if applicable, wcc. Entries over the phone cannot be taken. The entry-form should be postmarked at the latest the date of entries closing. Late incoming entry will be returned. A fee of 40 Skr will be charged for handling return of mony. The dog-owner should be a member of the Swedish Kennel Club or another foreign Club recognized by the SKK. For participation in breed/championship shows membership is obligatory if nothing else is mentioned. Control of membership is regular! No clothes etc with kennel- or dog´s name on must be worn in the ring. This counts for both breed- and groupring. Rules for entering: Classes: puppys 6-9 months (inofficial), junior class 9-18 months, intermediate class 15-24 months, working class from 15 months (demands a wcc), open class from 15 months, championclass from 15 months and veteran class from 8 years. Swedish-owned dog (including co-owned) must be entered with a registration number from the Swedish Kennel Club. However, for a Swedish-owned dog born before the first of january 2001, a registration number from the Norwegian Kennek Club is also accepted. For all breeds counts that the same dog can be entered in one (1) class only. The age-limit for respective class should be attained on the same day the dog is being shown. Progeny/breeders-classes consists of four dogs. No right to complete after closing date. Dogs born after 1 st of january 1997 should be tattoed or microchipped (ISO-standard 11784 or 11785) to be able to take part in the show. For shows organized by the Swedish Kennel Club the organizer must put a scanner to the exhibitors disposal. Although, at breed/championship shows you are advised to check if there is to be a scanner for raeding the microchips at the show. Pregnant bitch, due to whelp within 30 days of the show, calculated on 63 days from the first mating must not participate, nor must the bitch participate before 75 days after whelping. Please note ! for dogs participating with incorrect information concerning the catalogue, classes etc, may the results be cancelled. |
